Processing Time Policy

Please review our processing time in detail:

-Our processing time is 7-14 business days (Business days are considered Monday-Friday** All order placed over the weekend will begin processing on Monday)

Rush Processing Time is consider under 7 days and is subject to a rush fee of a minimum $50. The exact amount of the rush fee will be accessed based on how much you order. 

- Please email us at npressedcollections@gmail.com if your order is outside of the normal processing. Include your order number in the subject line and the request rush time frame. You will be sent a separate invoice with the additional fees. Once paid your requested processing time will start. Invoice is expected to be paid within 4 hours of receiving or the fee can increase. 

-Proof is also expected to be approve within 4 hours if rush processing time has been requested. It is urgent that this process moves quickly in order for us to have proper time for production. 

Holiday Processing Time

Holidays are a special time of the year and we want to ensure that you receive your orders on time. Please be sure to take notes of these special guidelines:

***Christmas-Place all orders before December 10th***

***Thanksgiving-Place all orders before November 5th***

Processing time DOES NOT include shipping. Once your order has shipped, you will receive your tracking number to your email or the cell phone number you provided during check out. Please contact us if you have any questions about your order.
