Custom Order Cancellation & Processing Fee Policy

At N’Pressed Collections, every order is custom-made with care and attention to detail. Because our products are personalized and made specifically for each customer, preparation and production planning may begin shortly after an order is placed.

We understand that circumstances may change; however, cancellations impact our production schedule, materials, and resources.

Cancellation Within 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted within 24 hours of placing an order may be eligible for a full refund, provided design preparation or production has not begun.

Cancellation After 24 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted more than 24 hours after an order is placed are subject to a $35 nonrefundable cancellation and processing fee, if the cancellation is approved.

Cancellation After 48 Hours

Cancellation requests submitted more than 48 hours after purchase are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval depends on the current stage of order preparation, design, material procurement, and production.

Orders Already in Production

Once custom design work, printing, engraving, cutting, assembly, or other production activities have begun, cancellation requests may be denied. Any approved refund will exclude completed custom work, committed materials, and applicable cancellation fees.

Important Information

• Submitting a cancellation request does not guarantee approval.

• Orders may enter preparation or production before the cancellation window expires.

• Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to npressedcollections@gmail.com and include the order number.

• Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable fees and nonrefundable costs.

• This policy applies to customer-requested cancellations. It does not limit any rights customers may have under applicable law.
