All of our regular orders have a turn around of 21-28 business days. (please refer to Processing Time Policy for other details)  If you require rush service please select at the time of purchasing if it is available. 

Shipping varies based on your location and the shipping carrier that you select. We ship through UPS and USPS. Larger packages are shipped via UPS Ground which could take 2-3 days (not including Sunday) If you wish to have your order shipped next day air please select at checkout. If the cost is more when your order is package, we will let you know and your invoice will be adjusted.

You will receive tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility!

What is the ideal resolution for my photo?

750x750 on the small plaque, 1000x1000 on the medium one and 1200x1200 on the large plaque. While a low resolution will still print the closer you are to the ideal resolution the better the outcome of the picture.

Please review your order to ensure the shipping address you provided is accurate and check the tracking information provided to find out where your package is. We will not be responsible for incorrect address that were inputted at the time of your order. Please double check the address and let us know immediately if anything is incorrect.

Do we accept returns or refunds?
