Due to the handmade nature and variety of every piece of wood being different, each item may differ slightly from the pictured item. This may include small knots or other inconsistencies that are present in real wood and are not considered defects. All of our products are cut with a laser, with a laser the backside of the item may have some scorch marks. There may be a slightly toasted wood smell that is normal and will dissipate over time.

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days of the order date. Please see Processing Time Policy for more details.

Our shipping carriers are UPS and UPSP. Please be sure to select your preferred carry at check out.

We ship large packages through UPS via UPS ground shipping which is typically 2-3 days. If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is made.

Refund & Returns
