This custom design/set up service starts the process of getting your sign or banner designed for your business or special event. 

How our Design Service Works?

1. Add Design/Set Up Fee to your cart and check out

Note: Please be sure to add ALL details for your design you would like to see ie. colors, elements, words and upload any inspirational photos. Please be as specific as possible. 

If this is for a sign, please provide the original file of your logo and advise of the colors you would like incorporated.  

2. Please be sure to provide a valid e-mail address. Once your order is received, we will send you a mock-up via e-mail with your requested design for your approval. You will have 24 hours to approve or request any changes.

3. You will receive 2 revisions, so please be sure to check all spelling and other details. Once you have reached the max number of revisions, you will be required to purchase another design/service fee. Once approved the design will be final.

4. Please keep in mind that this fee is separate from your actual project and is required if the design is not already on our site. 

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days of the order date. Please see Processing Time Policy for more details.

Our shipping carriers are UPS and UPSP. Please be sure to select your preferred carry at check out.

We ship large packages through UPS via UPS ground shipping which is typically 2-3 days. If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is made.

Refund & Returns

We do not accept returns on custom products. If your items are received damaged, please notify us within 3 business days. Please refer to our Damage and Issues policy for more important information.
