Our Cutouts/Centerpieces are made of coro plastic. There is a minimum of 5 for sizes under 3’ tall. So for the 12”, 18”, 24”, 30” sizes there is a minimum of 5. If you place your order for less than 5, your order will be cancelled 

Please indicate if you need a stand or not. The stands we offer are up to 18” tall and made of cardboard (not durable for outdoors).

If you feel like you would need more support you can add wood instead which will be more secure for outdoors.

There is a minimum quantity required for the 12" and 18" cutouts. If you selected this size option, did you add a minimum of 4 to your cart? If you continue with less than the required about your order will unfortunately be cancelled.
When is your event? Please be sure to order within our 21-28 business days which does not include the shipping time frame. If you need your items outside of these time frames, we may be able to accommodate but is subject to a rush fee.
Do you need your order less than 21- 28 business day? (Business days are considered Monday-Friday) Rush Processing time is considered less than 21 business days and does not including the shipping time frame. Rush fees are subject to a minimum of 25% of the order total or a flat fee. The exact amount of the rush fee will be accessed based on your order total. Rush fee will be added to your invoice and order will not ship until balance is paid

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days of the order date. Please see Processing Time Policy for more details.

Our shipping carriers are UPS and UPSP. Please be sure to select your preferred carry at check out.

We ship large packages through UPS via UPS ground shipping which is typically 2-3 days. If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is made.

Refund & Returns

We do not accept returns on custom products. If your items are received damaged, please notify us within 3 business days. Please refer to our Damage and Issues policy for more important information.
