When is your event? Please be sure to order within our 7-14 business days which does not include the shipping time frame. If you need your items outside of these time frames, we may be able to accommodate but is subject to a rush fee.
Do you need your order less than 21- 28 business day? (Business days are considered Monday-Friday) Rush Processing time is considered less than 21 business days and does not including the shipping time frame. Rush fees are subject to a minimum of 25% of the order total or a flat fee. The exact amount of the rush fee will be accessed based on your order total. Rush fee will be added to your invoice and order will not ship until balance is paid

Shipping Info

Our shipping carriers are UPS and UPSP. Please be sure to select your preferred carry at check out.

We ship large packages through UPS via UPS ground shipping which is typically 2-3 days. If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is made.

Refund & Returns
