💚 Please include your menu details before checking out or email the details to npressedcollections@gmail.com. Please be sure to check your spelling as we copy past your text. We will not be responsible for spelling errors.

💚Allow 2-3 business days for your proof to be sent.

💚Once proof is sent we ask for approvals within 24 hours. Production will NOT start until approval is received.

Please provide the best quality picture in order to achieve the best results. 300 DPI is recommended and please do not provide pictures of a picture. Original picture is recommended
Do you have any inspiration photos? Please upload any inspiration photos so that we can ensure we are designing something close to your vision. We can not guarantee the design will be exact but we will try to make sure it is close.
Please provide the details for your menu that you would like printed. Be sure to check all spelling.
When is your event? Please be sure to order within our 14-21 business days which does not include the shipping time frame. If you need your items outside of these time frames, we may be able to accommodate but is subject to a rush fee.
Do you need your order less than 21- 28 business day? (Business days are considered Monday-Friday) Rush Processing time is considered less than 21 business days and does not including the shipping time frame. Rush fees are subject to a minimum of 25% of the order total or a flat fee. The exact amount of the rush fee will be accessed based on your order total. Rush fee will be added to your invoice and order will not ship until balance is paid

Shipping Info

All orders will be processed and shipped within 14 days of the order date. Please see Processing Time Policy for more details.

Our shipping carriers are UPS and UPSP. Please be sure to select your preferred carry at check out.

We ship large packages through UPS via UPS ground shipping which is typically 2-3 days. If you wish to have your package overnighted, please select this option at check out. If the cost is more than what is paid, we will adjust your invoice and your order will not ship until your invoice is made.

Refund & Returns

We do not accept returns on custom products. If your items are received damaged, please notify us within 3 business days. Please refer to our Damage and Issues policy for more important information.
